By using Ahem, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please don't use the service.

The Service

Ahem is a calendar-aware alarm application for Android. It:

• Reads your calendar to create alarms automatically
• Provides reliable alerts before important events
• Syncs settings across devices (with subscription)

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Subscriptions and Payment

Pricing

• $15/year
• All prices in USD

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. They handle all payment-related matters including tax collection.

Free Trial

• 30-day free trial for new users
• No credit card required to start
• Full access during trial

Refund Policy

• Full refund within 30 days of payment, no questions asked
• Refunds processed to original payment method

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your account
• Access continues until end of billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time (except 30-day guarantee)

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer the application
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with service operation
• Use automated systems to access the service (except our API)

Intellectual Property

• Ahem and its content are owned by UNDEFINED S.R.L.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Your data remains yours

Your privacy is important. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.

Disclaimers

Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
• Planned maintenance will be announced when possible
• We're not liable for missed alarms due to device issues, battery management, or OS restrictions

"As Is" Provision

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNDEFINED S.R.L. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms
• Significant changes will be notified via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, stop using the service

Termination

• You may terminate by deleting your account
• We may terminate for violation of terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law and EU regulations. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UNDEFINED S.R.L. regarding the use of Ahem.
